Planning for a beach week

I brought the uncooked meat (frozen) and cooked when we got here.  I did chili, spaghetti sauce for zoodles, tongue and chicken thighs.  But if I had to take cooked stuff, I'd probably stick to chili, spaghetti sauce.  We also brought applegate hot dogs and turkey bologna and a dozen hard boiled eggs.  We were here for 2 weeks.

Good luck!

Totally interested in the replies you get!  We are heading to the beach soon as well for a week. I won't be on a w30 but want to maintain as clean eating as possible.  I did recently travel with a small group from my church, which involved all meals eaten at restaurants. Since lunches were always fast food, my go-to lunch meal was a single serving tuna salad, made at each meal... I take one can of compliant/soy-free tuna, one HB egg and one Wholly Guacamole 100calorie packet... put all three things in a bowl, mash them up with your fork, and then I ate that with raw veggies I had pre-packed and my homemade vinaigrette dressing. This will probably end up being my lunch options most days when we are at the beach.

Good luck!

I love this meatloaf recipe. http://paleomg.com/paleo-savory-sweet-potato-meatloaf/

Makes 2 loaves. I usually enjoy one right away and freeze the other one, so I personally know this freezes well.   If you can't find compliant bacon, I would either substitute compliant pancetta, or skip it and cook the onions and raisins in a compliant animal fat.
