Getting full fast

WHen i sit down to eat my meals, my husband normally dishes up our food and we all sit down to eat. My big issue, i cannot eat it all!

 

I know just last week I could snarf down several plates at dinner. Now, I eat about half of my plate and feel SO full I can hardly eat any more.

 

Sould I listen to my body, and stop when I just don't want to eat anymore?

 

Oh I guess I should also add, I am on my 8th day!!

How does your plate compare to the template? Are you able to go 4-5 hours to your next meal? You may just not need as big a portion of everything as you are getting. If you can eat to the lower end of the template and feel satisfied than that is what you need.

We are getting right at what is suggested. A palm size protein, a thumb or so of fat, and a plate of veggies (we try for 2 cups)

 

Your palm and thumb or your husbands? Are you staying full until your next meal? How does what you are actually eating before you feel stuffed compare to the template?
