reintro plan

I'm on day 29 of my Whole 30. My husband was under the impression that once it was over it was over. My reintroductions are going to be geared to get back within our food budget. I am reintroducing dairy on day 1 post w30. My birthday is Wednesday so I'm going to introduce sugar and chocolate in the form of a "paleo" chocolate cake (flourless, legume free, naturally sweetened with local honey). Next will be gf grains, and finally gluten grain, then traditional fermented soy (soy sauce mostly), then other legumes.

Long term I intend to treat sugar like alcohol--as a very occasional treat. My blood sugar levels since day 2 of W30 have been fabulous and it's the most obvious benefit for me.
