habitualpurpose Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 Hi all, For the past 4 days I been incredibly thirsty and have been drinking water pretty constantly throughout the day. Wondering what might be causing this. Any ideas? Also, I woke up this morning feeling quite bloated and uncomfortable. I ate chicken fajitas (no tortillas or rice--just the chicken and peppers) last night. The restaurant said they use olive oil but it's of course possible that they used something else. amberino21 Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 An incredibly salty meal could make you retain water....especially if you're having less salt while on your whole 30. If youve been salting your food with a good quality salt and they use normal table salt, that could have a difference...if you haven't been salting your food, you might want to start!
