Yay!!!! I survived!!!!!!

So my first re-intro is tomorrow. I have been reading a lot of posts and my It Starts With Food book. I get the order and am not worried about that. I am nervous about the added sugar in things though. I just want to make sure that's not going to mess up my re-intro, right?

I'm also starting reintro's soon - I plan on picking sugar free options to avoid the added sugar..

Things like pasta or good bread without sugar for grains/gluten instead of cake, milk and cheese for dairy not icecream etc

I'm always careful about buying things with unnecessary added sugar anyway, and will continue afterwards :)
