On Autoimmune Protocol - Question

Is anyone else doing this protocol?  I accidently ate a splash of hot sauce and I had a small ampunt of  homemade paleo mayo that had an egg in it - i had no reaction to either one - should i be starting over? I am not sure how much is so much that I should begin again - these were miniscule amounts but maybe it is absolute - I just don't want to go so rigid on myself that I make it harder for me - i've done that before in these situations.  Thanks!

Loving-self-care - Welcome!  It really depends on where you are in your 30 days. If you're near the beginning, I would say just add a couple more days without eggs and peppers. If you're past the halfway point, I would say just keep trucking - you didn't eat anything off plan with the standard Whole30 program and you didn't seem to react negatively. Keep avoiding those items, but don't  sweat it :)
