greeninpace
I just completed my Whole 30 (today is day 32) and I have seen wonderful improvements over all, but one thing that is bothering me now is sleep disruption. I have heard from a nutritionist that blood sugar crash during the night can wake you and she recommends eating a small amount of fruit with a good fat before bed. What are your thoughts Melissa? amberino21
I think including starchy carbs in your meals (particularly in meal 3) would be beneficial - more so than fruit - before bed, although you could have a piece of fruit with your meal too. Your last meal will also include fat, so it fits the nutritionists advice as well.
