Greek to me
Looking for a hearty compliant recipe for this seafood stew. Any ideas? Also for those of you who have the "Well Fed" cookbook, would it meet the needs if you were a pescatarian?
amberino21
Could you just leave out the wine, add coconut aminos instead of Worcestershire sauce, and swap butter for ghee or clarified butter ? (They're the only non - compliant things I saw in a couple of recipes I googled...)
Greek to me
Thanks! I'll give it a try. What's wrong with Worcestershire?
Roz Griffiths
You could make your own Worcestershire sauce, the shop bought stuff usually has non-compliant ingredients. Not many fish recipes in Well Fed Do what i did (before i went cookbook-buying-crazy ) - type "cioppino paleo recipe" into Google (or whatever dish/ingredient you want) & print off the ones you like for your own cookbook
GFChris
Thanks! I'll give it a try. What's wrong with Worcestershire? I happened to have a bottle of Worcestershire at home. In this brand, here are the non-compliant ingredients: molasses, corn syrup, and soy.
