Day 1 (7/21/2012):

Breakfast: 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 pastured eggs cooked in tiny amt of olive oil, decaf coffee black

Lunch: Mixed greens with a dollop of gaucamole, 5 mini carrots, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 small pieces of grilled chicken breast

Snack: 4 macadamia nuts + 2 strawberries
