jenh718 Posted July 23, 2012 Share Posted July 23, 2012 I finished my first Whole 30 three weeks ago and went a little crazy catching up on indulging myself so my BF and I decided to do another one. Clearly we still have a lot of bad habits and addictions to overcome. My issue right now is we started yesterday, Saturday, and today without realizing it's a no-no, we had corn on the cob with dinner. Two ears each. I didn't eat any last time but I was used to eating on the Whole 30 and I thought I had all the rules memorized and somehow, the corn is a grain thing just slipped my mind. You aren't really giving your body a chance to let go of all those nasty habits, etc. You mentioned that you finished your Whole 30 three weeks ago and went crazy, I think you owe it to yourself to be on point for 30 days. .
