Erin16
Hi all - Whole 30 day 3 here.....my husband brought home some pork chops from our local farmers market. The labels say: "All Natural"; "No artificial ingredients"; "Minimally Processed". It is by the Indiana Kitchen company. They are "natural center cut pork chops". Is this ok??? missmary
It sounds ok. what does the "ingredients list" say?
Erin16
There is no ingredients list, and that's why I'm a little worried. Although I did look at the Indiana Kitchen website and they sound pretty good - it says their farmers use the most humane animal welfare practices. But what does "minimally processed" mean.... GFChris
That would be a question for the manufacturer.
missmary
my guess is this is just pork chops. If they brined them or seasoned them there would be an ingredients list...if they look like plain raw pork chops I would assume they are ok.
Erin16
They definitely look like plain raw pork chops. I'm going to eat them and keep my fingers crossed. Thanks!
