sciencemonster Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 Okay, I know this is so super gross, but I'm on Day 6 and have dark green diarrhea since Day 3! It's gross and starting to concern me. I've been having more leafy greens than I've probably ever had in my life (undeniably a great thing), which I think is causing it... But should I be worried? Should I take it easy on the greens for a couple of days to try to resolve it? I actually feel fantastic and am having no other symptoms Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bet Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 I would take it a bit easier on the greens for awhile. Have some starchy veggies or cooked greens instead. Even though you feel good, if you have D you are not absorbing all the nutrients in the food and you are irritating your gut.
