jesika
Day 1: I want to buy bread from a shady, hooded dealer on the corner and eat it in secret in a "breadhouse" (along the lines of a crackhouse, but for secret bread eaters). So, today has been hard because I don't feel well. When I don't feel well, I want comfort food. But, I decided to not put it off another day. I have felt hungry all day. I've overdone it a bit on fruit and nuts, but I figure that is better than just giving up completely and starting again tomorrow. I really liked my dinner though...I made taco meat in lettuce leaves with tomatoes and veggies on the side. It was flavorful and yummy. But I was hungry 15 minutes later. I've been hungry all day. The end.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 7, 2014 You probably need to eat more food. Many people don't eat enough when the start a Whole30. The standards are published here: http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf
jesika
I think it was more psychological hunger than physical hunger.
