My appetite is back! YAY! I also walked (seriously limped) without crutches from my bed to the bathroom once today. What a fantastic day.

 

DAY 26

I discovered the most wonderful thing today "peanut sauce!" A delicious faux peanut sauce...safe and made with almond butter. Thank you dude who is doing W360! I added cayenne and it was just perfect.

 

B] zucchini noodles

    "peanut" sauce

     shrimp

     broccoli

 

L] Spaghetti squash

    turkey

    broccoli

    "peanut" sauce

 

D] 2 eggs

    Clementine

    spinach w/ olive oil, S&P

    acorn squash & a tad of coconut oil (my daughter's fault)

DAY 27

 

B] Hamburger

    1/4 avocado

     sauerkraut

     Spinach w/ olive oil, S&P

     1 clementine

 

L] Hamburger

    Squash

 

D] Ground beef tomato sauce

     cauliflower

     blueberries w/ 1T coconut oil

DAY 30!

D] 1 pork chop

     cabbage

     applesauce

 

I DID IT! I can't believe I made it 30 days! What an experience. I'll share more tomorrow.
