Cierra
Hi guys, I know this area is used by a lot of people to keep track of their Whole30, but I'm wondering if there are other ways to go about it. I'm the kind of person who really thrives on recording metrics (like exercise, etc.). In the past I have used programs like Sparkpeople, but I don't like that those type of programs are more oriented towards calorie restriction. Is there a web-based program similar to Sparkpeople that is more oriented toward a Whole30 or Paleo approach? Thanks!
missmary
there are some "paleo" food trackers out there, but they are not recommended. The whole30 is about learning to read your bodies cues, and tracking that kind of data (calories, macros, etc.) just makes it harder to do that. http://whole30.com/2013/02/you-count-more-than-your-calories-do/
