melindalucille
I made a paleo bread and than double checked if it's compliant in whole 30. And whatdya know it's not! My question is does anyone know if it's freezable? I'd hate to toss it.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 1, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 1, 2014 I don't know about the stuff you make yourself, but I know that a local store sells paleo bread of some kind (didn't pay much attention to what ingredients or anything, never tried it) and they keep it frozen. If the options are freeze it or toss it, wrap it well and freeze it -- the worst that could happen is that you thaw it out in the future and decide it's not good anymore and toss it then instead of now. UCslug
I've made paleo bread before, not sure if it's the same one you made, but mine has always frozen pretty well. I just throw it into the toaster oven when I need it, heat it up and it's always been fine.
