I am day 9. Feeling really good. Lots of energy. Feeling like I must be doing something wrong bc maybe not supposed to being this good so fast.

I think I am following the program

Meal 1 3 eggs scrambled in ghee, 1cup Cauliflower soup

Meal 2. Large salad with tessemse Italian dressing grilled chx 4 oz

Meal 3 cinnamon stew with 1.5 cups stir fried broccoli asparagus green beans in ghee

Lots of water

Coffee with aroy d coconut milk 1 cup
