loftfield
Hello Forum Members, I had to have an emergency molar tooth extraction this morning. Any ideas on soft Whole 30 approved foods? Thanks! Marta

Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted February 4, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2014 Make Velvety Butternut Squash from Well Fed. Just skip the sprinkling of pecans. It's like baby food.
rhed
Mashed turnips -- boil them in beef stock and they're delicious. Any kind of pureed soup -- the silky ginger zucchini from Well Fed 2 seems to be popular. Good luck! Dental work sucks.
loftfield
Dear Jenna, Ultrarunnergirl and Rhed, Thank you all for your suggestions. Made mashed sweet potatoes with coconut milk for lunch and working on the mashed turnips and scrambled eggs for dinner. I have a massive butternut squash that is going to play a prominent roll in tomorrow's meals. I truly appreciate your ideas as I drew a blank when I got home this morning. I am on day 26 of my Whole 30 and REALLY wanted to stay on track and resist the milkshake/smoothie the oral surgeons office recommended. Sincerely, Marta
