nicycle Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I am in the reintro period, having separated corn (day 1) from other non gluten grains (day 4) because it was suspect. Today is day 5 and I had a bit of, ahem, intestinal distress. I introduced GF oats, quinoa and rice yesterday. Now what? Do you just go on avoiding ALL THE FOODS, or give them individual chances by extending the reintro period? I feel lost about how to go about this.
