How to monitor symptoms?

I am in the reintro period, having separated corn (day 1) from other non gluten grains (day 4) because it was suspect.

Today is day 5 and I had a bit of, ahem, intestinal distress. I introduced GF oats, quinoa and rice yesterday.

Now what? Do you just go on avoiding ALL THE FOODS, or give them individual chances by extending the reintro period?

I feel lost about how to go about this.

I think it's really up to you. Do you think you want to eat oats, quinoa, and rice regularly, if you don't have reactions to them? If so, extend your reintroductions, so you can determine which one you reacted to so you know.  If you think you probably won't have them much anyway, maybe you don't need to worry about it. I have also heard that with some foods, people may be sensitive to them at first, but then after some amount of time, I guess as their gut heals more, they don't have the same reactions. But I don't know how long that amount of time is, I'm sure it depends on the person and their circumstances.
