bethciv Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 I had a great experience with Whole 30, so much so that I have yet to really introduce anything other than the occasional glass of wine. However, yesterday I was making paleo pad thai and I was out of coconut aminos so I had to used regular soy sauce. The rest of the afternoon I had terrible stomach discomfort, indigestion, heartburn, bloated, etc. There was only 2 tsp in the whole recipe so I probably had less than 1 tsp of soy sauce.
