SalsaEzz Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 After dinner last night I was almost immediately gassy and bloated. Woke up feeling the same way.. Have felt pretty great all week... runninglawyer88 Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 If you're not used to spicy foods then I can see how chili powder might upset your stomach or the carbonation from the sparkling water (for me the sparkling water would be more likely to do it but that's because I ALWAYS eat spicy things).
