I know you feel awful but I am sure it will get better. Hang in there you can do it! Maybe you can pamper yourself today. Take a nap, a walk, a bath, read a book or do what every makes you feel taken care of. You deserve it.

Day 22

M1-8:00

Mushroom, spinach, onion, prosciutto, egg scramble (2eggs worth)

M2-1:00

Chicken thigh with salad, drizzled with toasted sesame oil ( so yummy! I know it's on the limit list)

Marinated tomato/cucumber salad ( EVOO/red wine vinegar, S&P, oregano)

M3-timing depends on work

Turkey/sweet potato meatball

Day 24- halfway point!(yesterday)

M1-7:45

2egg scramble with spinach, onions, mushrooms, prosciutto

M2-12:00

Chicken thigh (1.5) -drizzled with toasted sesame oil

Salad

Carrot soup

Workout5:15

Post w/o 6:15

Turkey/sweet potato meatball

M3-7:00

Pork fried "rice" from well fed

I have to fast today for a blood test later this morning. So I know I'll be a little off on my meal timing. Also, need to get to the grocery store and get some cooking in. Thankfully I am not working the weekend so I will have some time cook.

Today was so ...OFF, ugh

M1-10:30

Pork fried "rice"

Major diarrhea!!

11:30- applesauce (trying to firm things up a bit)

Then I forget to eat lunch, went grocery shopping at 3:00....OMG! Not a good idea. I was like a starving lion facing a row of meat, except it was me vs. chocolate. It was a hard.

3:00 or 4:00 handful of macadamia nuts and fruit leather( I ate in the car straight from the TJ's shopping bag)

5:15workout-horrible workout too btw

6:15 post W/O turkey/sweet potato meatball

7:00 I was out the door again and I grabbed a beef jerky, apple and more macadamia nuts.

Tomorrow will be better!!

I have these kind of days! You are just on the go and don't have time to nurture yourself. Definitely tomorrow will be better. Hopefully you will have time to make a nice nurturing meal that you can share with your family. Have a wonderful day!

Day 28-felt awful from the start. Woke up with zero hunger and food aversion.

M1-attempted 2 fried eggs with spinach-ate a few bites

Raspberries with cocnut cream-ate a few bites

Coffee with almond milk-a few sips

M2-12:00

Pizza squash bake

Spoonful almond butter

M3-work night

Planning for chicken salad in lettuce leaves

This last week and a half haven't been all that great. The first two weeks I felt better but I'm not sure why. My digestion is more like my old self, not pretty! Lol! My period is over a week late too, odd. I never had menstral issues with past W30's so maybe more is going on. Working on patience right now, in all aspects of my life.

M1-7:30

Post W/O turkey jerky and banana

M2-12:00

Pizza squash bake

4:00 hungry

3pork and coconut meatballs

M3-6:00

Chicken wings

Fried sweet potato

Raspberries, coconut cream, pecans

Today was a better day. Minimal tummy troubles, thankfully. I felt more energized with my workout too. My only "off" feeling was hunger in the afternoon, but my lunch serving was small so it at least makes sense.

Day 31 today. My period finally got here and WOW! Terrible cramping and feeling so down in the dumps. I hope this is just an adjustment in my hormons and not my new normal. I lost it after dinner....tomorrow is a new day.

M1-7:30

Post W/O 10:30

Sweet potato medallions

Turkey jerky

M2-12:00

3HB eggs, tuna salad lettuce wraps

M3-6:30

Shepards pie

7:30.... Binge fest; paleo cookies, chocolate chips and bundt cake. *sigh*

At least I made day 30. Back,on the horse tomorrow.
