sweetrunning
Hi, this seems silly to me but thought I would check. I have had eggs for one meal a day and am on day 25. I did get some from organic happy free range hens eggs at a farm by my house. I also got some from trader joes that said organic free range hens. It does also say that they are fed a vegetarian diet with some flaxseed, corn and soy feed. Is this typical of all free range chickens? I'm not directly eating soy, just the chickens. Would this affect my whole 30? The book just said eggs and to eat as healthy organic type as possible without pesticides, etc. I'm sure if this was bad the book would have said. But let me know. Thanks! Laura
Guest
Here is a Whole9/Whole30 post about it: http://whole9life.com/2010/11/the-conscientious-omnivore-eggs/ You have done well and your Whole30 is fine. It is nice to read their explanation of egg speak.
