cdnj Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 Hi! I'm starting Monday. I can do this. I CAN do this! My biggest problem is sugar leading to over consumption of, well, junk. I can have up to 6 packets of stevia per day. That's just crazy. I've been cutting back this week. It's not easy but I NEED to do this. I don't like all the addictions I have to food & I know my mood is linked to my poor choices. My meals are spot on but the snacking in between is what sabotages me. That's why I'm committing to this. I feel like I'm in confession but, I sneak food when no one is looking. That's sick. Food will not have this power over me. I am so much stronger than that! I was a vegetarian for 15 years but just added fish last year. I think I'll stick with fish and eggs for now. I stopped all meats due to IBS so I'm reluctant to go back. I've been drinking protein shakes every morning for YEARS so that deduction will be new. What I've been doing has not been working, so I'm open to change. I'm glad to be a part of this community.
