jkrichar Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 My best friend and I have decided to start this Whole 30 lifestyle change. I am absolutely terrified! I have always been fit and exercise 4-5 times per week and never really needed to lose a lot of weight, but I KNOW I need to eat better.
