Starting 3/26/14!

My best friend and I have decided to start this Whole 30 lifestyle change. I am absolutely terrified! I have always been fit and exercise 4-5 times per week and never really needed to lose a lot of weight, but I KNOW I need to eat better. I am really hoping that I can keep up with this and my energy level will not go down. Fingers Crossed!! :huh:
