Ljwood626 Posted April 1, 2014 Share Posted April 1, 2014 I'm on day 19 and I have been meticulous about the rules. I'm feeling amazing! The closest I've come to cheating is that I are half of a peanut - my daughter fed it to me and I thought it was a cashew - til it was too late! I decided to move on and learn from it. I bought a new tea and when skimming the ingredients I thought it was ok. However, after two cups I realized it contains a small amount of soy lecithin. Pleeeease tell me I don't have to start over?! Can I chalk this up as a learning experience and move on? Or is it harmful enough I need to start over? Any guidance is appreciated! -LJ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You might have had a small enough dose to not cause trouble, but make sure you don't drink any more of that tea for now.
