beespajamas
I am on Day 11 of my first Whole30, and I am so grateful for the timeline ( http://whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline )! I can easily see how I could be very discouraged at this point. However, knowing that this is a typical quitting point really reinforces my determination to see this through. So far, the timeline has been uncannily accurate for my Whole30 experience, so I hope that the good things to come on the timeline will be my experience as well. Clare_S
Me too... until day 10 and 11, which I sailed through with no thoughts of quitting. I'll admit, there may have been a smidgeon of smugness creeping in when I went to bed last night Woke up this morning and cooked up a great breakfast. Two mouthfuls in I just gave up. Utterly bored and not hungry. Halfway through day and bam, the urge to quit hit! (As you say, thank goodness I knew to expect it... albeit a little delayed!) Hope you have a great rest of your Whole30. Cx
