Liam
Googled "paleo mahi mahi" and came up with this: http://everydaypaleo.com/2011/03/12/gingered-carrots-with-mahi-mahi/ Looks pretty tasty! There were loads of more recipes, but this was the first hit....

Andrea D.
I cut the Mahi filets into 1" cubes and sprinkle them with chile powder then saute them in coconut oil or ghee over medium-high heat, turning once or twice. I then serve them over and avocado and shredded cabbage slaw with some chopped cilantro and jalapenos...kinda like fish tacos without the corn tortilla. Liam
Sounds tasty Andrea! Just had some Ono tonight from the local fish market with heaps of veggies and avo off our tree. GLC1968
I made this before we started our Whole30 and it's incredible! The 'salsa' is the best part! (I left out the tapioca or arrowroot because I didn't have any and it was delicious without it) http://www.janssushibar.com/?p=13180
(m)eat to live
http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/grilled-dorado-with-walnut-and-parsley-pesto I looooove this recipe for Mahi Mahi (Dorado.) I've subbed lemon zest for the preserved lemon when I couldn't find it.
jml666
I know this is a really old thread but I tried the first link from Liam for the Gingered Carrots with Mahi Mahi on everyday Paleo tonight and it was delicious!
Bluebonnets
I had some mahi in the freezer and had no idea what to do with it. I defrosted it, and dipped in egg, then in a mixture of coconut flour & shredded coconut (no sugar added coconut), then sautéed lightly. It was so good! I'm going to do the exact same with shrimp. The key was patting the mahi filets very dry, then sprinkling both sides with salt & pepper, and sautéing at a medium heat so it got crispy golden outside but tender inside. I cooked a little too long, and they came out a bit tough, so next time, I'll reduce the time.
