Ath3na Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I will start today, 2/5/14 although I ate this morning. I have done a similar "diet" from September to December and I lost almost 10 kilos. I was really strict and followed all rules. After stopping, I couldn't do it again and I have started going up again. I really need to go down again and follow the rules. Now it seems harder for me to not eat cheese and not drink alcohol. Maybe this forum will help me to follow it again! :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
