I will start today, 2/5/14 although I ate this morning.

 

I have done a similar "diet" from September to December and I lost almost 10 kilos. I was really strict and followed all rules. After stopping, I couldn't do it again and I have started going up again. I really need to go down again and follow the rules. Now it seems harder for me to not eat cheese and not drink alcohol.

 

Maybe this forum will help me to follow it again! :-)

Read the Hartwig's book, It Starts With Food, and learn how dairy and alcohol effect your body. That may help you make other choices more happily. The book is not scary, but it lays the science out in a really clear way.
