Do I need to start again?

Hi, this is my first whole30, am on day 13, have a 13week old who am breastfeeding, and had very disturbed sleep last night, so am a little sleep deprived. I was craving chocolate all day but ate heaps of fruit instead. I guess it was a bit of a fruit binge, do I need to start whole30 again?

Have looked at a few other posts and realised I am probably way off track today in terms of sugar content. Will try for no fruit tomorrow, or just one piece with meals.....

No, you don't need to restart.

 

Recognize also, as one who is breastfeeding, you have license for 4 or 5 meals daily. For best results, have each meal contain protein, veg and fat, eating those before eating fruit.
