AnitaR Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 Hi, this is my first whole30, am on day 13, have a 13week old who am breastfeeding, and had very disturbed sleep last night, so am a little sleep deprived. I was craving chocolate all day but ate heaps of fruit instead. I guess it was a bit of a fruit binge, do I need to start whole30 again? Have looked at a few other posts and realised I am probably way off track today in terms of sugar content. Will try for no fruit tomorrow, or just one piece with meals.....
