Freedom1113 Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 I am on Day 2 of Whole30 and have stopped taking Splenda. I was taking it in my breakfast cereal, adding it to salad dressings and of course using it in desserts. I hate to think how much I was using on a daily basis. I am going through this carb flu as expected but wonder if anyone has noticed withdrawal symptoms when they try to come off Splenda? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
