Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 6, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2012 It would be better if you ate the actual fruit and nuts rather than paying more for a processed version, but the RAW food bars appear to be okay as emergency, portable food, similar to Lara bars based upon the ingredients of the ones I checked.
