Normally I make cranberry orange cookies, but I was wondering if there is anything besides fruit I can bring or make that I can eat as well? Sautee minced garlic and diced bell pepper in olive oil until tender crisp, add shrimp and cook for a few more minutes, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Easy peasy. I think for one I'm going to make these pulled pork sliders on cucumber slices: http://paleopot.com/2013/01/paleo-smoky-pulled-pork/ And for the other I'm going to do a cucumber roll ups with salmon & cream cheese, with guacamole on some instead of cheese for me. (Cucumbers and smoked salmon happen to be on sale right now and I found a nice hunk of pork in my freezer lol) Thanks for the quick replies!
