joybedford Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 As the title says I forgot the lemon juice. In a hurry didn't look at recipe only realised when I have just eaten some at work. Can I add the lemon juice to the remainder when I get home stirring it gently to combine or do you think I would ruin it. It tastes ok but missing the zing. missmary Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 Did it emulsify for you? If it did, you don't really need to add anything, but you could stir in some lemon juice for flavor if you want.
