Dairy or legumes first!?

The book said to reintroduce dairy on day 31 but I just saw a template that was beans first. I might have messed up. How important is the order?


The order doesn't matter just as long as you only introduce one group at a time and keep the rest Whole30 compliant and then have 2 Whole30 compliant days before you test another food group. The template is just a suggestion. You also don't need to introduce any food you don't want to eat again. I didn't even do a proper legume introduction because I wasn't planning on making them a big part of my long term diet anyway.
