Mads
I'm starting my second Whole 30 tomorrow, and I want one of my Fast Three to be stir-fry. I love having Cauli "rice" (which is funny, because I don't actually like rice... well, except for sushi) with a stir-fry, but obiously grating a big ol' cauliflower is not fast. Have any of you tried freezing grated cauliflower rice? Does it work?
GlennR
Yes, I do it all the time. The color darkens a little but the taste is the same.
Lemony
Do you cook it from frozen
GlennR
No, I thaw it first in the fridge, then oven roast it.
Peebles
Thanks! What an excellent idea! I love cauliflower rice too and don't make it often enough just because I'm too lazy to get out (and clean) the food processor. I might shop for insane amounts of cauliflower and make a huge batch next weekend. Nom! <
