beccanotbecky
Hey, I'm just reading through meal ideas from their Day 1 email and it has suggestions that include apples and artichokes. On the shopping list artichoke and apples are not in the blue bold. I was under the impression that I was to only eat foods that were blue bolded? thanks! Guest WholeStanley
You can eat everything on the shopping list but those in green are your best choices!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 16, 2014 Moderators Share Posted June 16, 2014 You can eat any fruit or vegetable, whether it is on the shopping list or not, but the ones in bold are rates as most nutritious. So, if you have never tried the ones in bold, you should work your way through them during your Whole30. http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-shopping-list.pdf
