disarmindarlin
Hello! I am attending an all-day seminar for work and have no access to a microwave or other heat. Do you have any good ideas for a great Whole 30 lunch?? Thanks SO much!

Guest WholeStanley
I happily eat most of my packed lunches cold if I can't be bothered to go to the microwave (we only have one in our entire building!) Frittata's work well cold for lunch, today I had 2 courgette's cut into thin noodles that I had sauteed with mushrooms, yellow peppers, olives, capers and parsley and cooked chicken breast - it was still delicious cold! Laur2014
My go to meal-to-go is canned tuna ( I get the kind that you can open without a can opener, check the ingredients!) and chopped up veggies in a zip lock bag. You can add nuts or avocado for fat.
jessiegetswhole
Scotch eggs are great cold - although they do take a bit of prep, it's great to get a load made at once.
JosieJake
If you have a small Thermos container for soups or stews. The others' ideas of cold finger foods always work. I like chicken tenders and cut up veggies. I also like avocado. I just cut it open, take out the pit, and scoop the yummy stuff out with a spoon. Good luck ~jj
