Nilay Posted June 26, 2014 Share Posted June 26, 2014 Lately I've been wondering if the fat in eggs calls for a reduction in the template fat amount. If I'm having eggs with a meal, should I cut back a bit on the fat (olive oil, ghee, ...)? I have just been counting the them as a protein source but perhaps I've been doing it wrong. The recommendations on the template for fat are minimums so if what you are eating now is satiating you for 4-5 hours I wouldn't worry too much about it.
