I searched and found that the fclo/butter oil blend from green pasture is ok because the butter is clarified, but I was wondering if my chocolate flavored one was ok. It also has organic cocoa powde, organic vanilla flavor, organic stevia leaf, and silica. Should I stop taking this while on the whole30? Today is day 1 for me but I took this.
