Tasting is a must, which is hard because sugar is my stronghold. I want to adopt Whole30 as my lifestyle, but how do I do my job while keeping to the plan? Any suggestions?? This is obviously a tough one, because any tasting you do is going to make your whole30 less than ideal, but any improvements to your diet are good ones. We had another baker on our forums a while back. She seemed to do relatively well with tasting and then spitting, but you just have to go in knowing that it's not going to be perfect, but it's better than nothing.
