lealeigh Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Hi Everyone! I started my Whole 30 on Aug. 17th, the day after my 37th birthday. I have a 10 month old boy and decided I could no longer use the "baby weight" excuse now that he is almost a year old!! =) I have really struggled with sugar consumption the last few months between limited sleep, a full time job, a 1.5 one way commute, taking care of the boy and non stop pumping! It became my "little treat" soon I was having something sweet after every meal. So! I decided it was time for a reset. Let me tell you- day two was terrible.... hangover is accurate. I had more almonds than I should have but it prevented me from falling face first into the tray of chocolate chip cookies that was sitting out at work. Day 3 is better so far.
