MayH Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I am just now reading ISWF and wanting to start the whole30 when I am done reading it, but I want to do it right. I was looking through this forum and realized I won't be able to chew gum which made me then wonder if I can use my Carmel lip gloss. I obviously won't be eating it, but it is flavored and seems to have an ingredient list on the back that has mostly rubbed off and is not readable.
