Been sneezing all morning and have a stuffy head, I've either got an allergy attack or coming down with a cold, which I only had about 6 weeks ago. Chez Posted August 28, 2014 Author Share Posted August 28, 2014 Yeah I took some allergy medication and got no relief, Also have a bit of diarrhea and am now off work tonight. I can just hear all my friends saying " Your eating all this good food and detoxing etc, how can you possibly be sick?" I honestly don't know how to answer that this far into it. Whole30 does help us eat healthfully, but it does not provide an absolute and impenetrable barrier against the germs we face every day.
