Just Real Food
This isn't a new problem for me as I get it whenever I'm eating 'clean.' I've read elsewhere that the probable cause is reduced mucous production so I've been careful to have sweet potato, carrot and some berries every day. I've also cut out the few macadamia nuts I was having. I notice it coming on in the late afternoon and I wake up with it too although it goes away during the morning. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Of course it goes away completely if I go on a chocolate binge(!) but those days are now behind me, thankfully. CAK911
I have pretty pronounced eye allergies for a lot of the year, so I just use Blink eye drops once a day. A friend of mine who had eye surgery recommended them. I know that's not an ideal solution, but it seems better than no solution.
formercupcakejunkie
I have dry eyes and I use genteal? I think that is what they are called. They are a thicker type eye drop and they stay in longer and really moisten the eye. Not sure if they will help but it's worth a shot!
