Feeling nervous but I need to commit. October 1 I take the jump!!! I'm trying to decide whether to do the standard whole 30 or the more restricted allergy version. I have IBS, but whenever I've just stopped eating sugar I've felt a huge difference. I'm afraid the allergy version may be too extreme.

Hi, Vaheykat! Have you ever done a Whole30 before? If not, the usual recommendation is to start with just the regular Whole30, If, at the end of that, you're not getting the results you were hoping for, you can always try the more restrictive version.  Most people see some improvement even on the normal W30.

 

I know for me, just to do a regular Whole30 the first time was a huge change and a lot to take in -- I would have had a lot of trouble really sticking to the AIP version.
