sfbetht
I haven't slept well in about 10 days (and thanks to a search of the forums, I'm sure lack of starchy veg has something to do with it). I want to finish strong, but all of a sudden feel like I've sabotaged myself in some way. My meals have all been compliant and satisfying, but waking up every night at 2 or 3 has me feeling down, as I didn't have sleep problems before and I know sleep is so important to both health and weight loss. This is all probably part of the process. Live and learn and get better, right? I plan to finish this challenge as strong as I can, but I welcome any words of encouragement and/or tales from how you recovered from any challenges of your own first Whole 30. Brewer5
If you feel like starchy carbs is your problem: One wonderful, easy way to fix this! Have yourself a potato of some kind every evening with dinner. You may be surprised by how much better you feel (and sleep!)
sfbetht
Thanks Brewer5. I'm hoping it's that easy and I will snap out of this funk.
