Day 2 breakfast - am I on the right track

Good morning! I am on day 2 and I just finished breakfast. I just want to make sure I am following directions and yes I read the book.

- 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato (cooked in 1/2 tbsp olive oil)

- a heaping handful of black olives

- 1/2 chicken apple sausage

- raw cashews closed handful

I do think you are on the right track. Depending on how big your hands are you might want to eat a bit more protein (1 third egg or the whole sausage) and choose between the olives and the cashews. Hard to tell how much vegetable that was but more never hurts.

Yes to clarify I wasn't saying it was too much fat, rather that it was not necessarily enough protein and vegetables. The reason I suggesting choosing between the added fats was to make room for more protein and vegetables if that plate made you feel super full. Should have been more clear.
