Can you check out what I'm eating and let me know if it's okay?

I'll make it a quick one, I'm on day 9 and will give you a list of a couple of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I eat three meals a day and rarely snack I'm so full.  I also never went through the all I want to do is sleep phase, or kill all things phase.

 

Breakfast:

Palm size eggs, Aidell's sausage, spinach cooked in coconut oil or ghee

 

Palm size eggs and sweet potatoes cooked in coconut oil or ghee

 

Lunch:

Shrimp cooked in ghee

Romaine Lettuce

Bell Peppers

1/2 avocado

Tessamae's dressing

 

Dinner:

Carnitas cooked in crock pot with compliant green salsa

brussel sprouts cooked in coconut oil

two slices of an apple
