Feeling tired

Hi, I'm on day 9. I started off the first three days with crazy amounts of energy but the last five or so I have no energy. I've been adding sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, getting a good amount of protein I feel. What can I do to get some energy? I started off with exercise but haven't in about five days because I honestly don't feel like doing much of anything. Drinking coffee too. Suggestions?
